My brother gets bitten every night but we've been passing them off as mosquito bites (they're vicious). I was worried so I inspected his pillows and found these. What are they?? Bedbug related? Help.
I attached two links, not sure which one will work

    Hi,

Its its most likley fresh blood the size is dependent upon the clotting ability of the person who is bleeding and not the cause of the whole in the skin. If you clot slowly there will be more blood regardless of what has caused it.

You need to concentrate your efforts on seeking out faecal traces and cast skins which are easier to find than other signs.
