So we had a small issue with bedbugs. We went through the whole process of an exterminator bagging, drying, etc. We now have a new bed frame, our mattress has been encased since day one we use the traps, check regularly and use diatomaceous earth.

As soon as we did that we stopped getting bites, no shells or bugs have been found since.

Today, tiny specks of blood were on our bed, in pairs of two. I immediately freaked and thought the worst, we stripped, searched but found nothing. Literally no clues. I feel like I'd know if I got bit because I reacted so badly before.

We think our new cat might of ripped a claw and perhaps while kneading left tiny marks?

    Anything else could it be?

Boood spots on the bed just mean someone (human, cat, etc.) was bleeding. They can't be used to confirm bed bugs since they can have other causes.

I started and run the site but am "not an expert."
