I've been looking every where to try and identify what's on my side, with no luck. Everyone is telling me different things, I've never had anything like this before. I also have bites on my back that look completely different and I had beg bugs a week ago so I think those are just bed bug bites. However, this appeared after the bed bugs were gone and I was sleeping somewhere else. The other day I was just laying on the couch and suddenly felt itchy, so when I go to look, I see this cluster of red, what I thought at the time, bites. But now I'm thinking it might be a rash? It's very itchy and a little burning sensation. Extremely annoying, though it hasn't grown at all since 4 days ago when it suddenly appeared. It is itchier than initially however. It looks like a cluster of tiny little blisters. It's starting to freak me out because I can't figure out what It's from or what to do.

Is this a bed bug rash? Or does it look like one?

It is almost impossible to tell by skin reactions if it is bed bugs or not. But that looks a lot more like a rash or irritation from something, or even possibly shingles. I'd go to your doctor, honestly, as that looks pretty severe and in need of treatment.

I agree. While there's no "typical reaction" to bed bugs, lets just say that the pictures people do post here don't tend to look like that. I would see a doctor ASAP. I hope you're feeling better soon!

Did you ever figure out what the rash was? I have the same thing.

    I'm not a doctor

but if I had something like that I'd go immediately to the doctor

I appears to me as Shingles or something Herpes related or some other viral reaction

if it's anything like that pix, please go have it checked out ASAP

Yikes! Does not look like a bed bug rash to me but everyone reacts differently. See a dr for some relief at least. Bedbugs typically leave 3 bites in rows or in the same area not that many.

That's not from bug bites, it looks like a shingles rash (caused by reactivation of the virus that causes chicken pox). Definitely check in with your doctor, and keep it covered! It can be contagious to those who have not had chicken pox yet.
