I saw this on my son's leg last night as I was giving him a bath.. I haven't seen a bug but possibly found fecal spots but this is the first time he's had a bite like this that I haven't immediately determined was a misquito bites (his skin does this same exact thing with misquito bites).. I had my windows open all day yesterday and he wasn't wearing pants so my question is could it be a bed bug bite? It wasn't there yesterday morning when I dressed him or later that morning when I changed his diaper... I've always heard that bed bug bites usually happen in 3 or more bites but I'm still feeling paranoid..

There is no typical bed bug bite pattern.
No one can ID bed bugs from a skin reaction. Not even a dermatologist.

I started and run the site but am "not an expert."
