not sure where to ask. local pest control was clueless.

also does anyone experience mental fatigue and nasal congestion when they wake up?

I also cleaned white bed sheets. showered. went to bed. and woke up and there was debris all over the sheets. gained the impression that it might have dragged debris from floor onto the bed unless im sleepwalking.

    thanks for advice

One thing. Is that your actual email address up (with your name). Most people except professionals remain anonymous.

Can you take a picture of the debris (and if it's at the foot of the bed, that sounds like something you brought in on your feet). If there's that much debris, it sounds like you would find bugs (bedbugs, fleas, etc) if you search the bed.

I'm not an expert, and maybe one will have more insight on Monday.

Bed bugs are big enough to see. If some of the debris looks like bed bugs, you can post a photo for ID.

These threads may help you find recommendations for Philadelphia PCOs.

I started and run the site but am "not an expert."
