I moved into a new apt May 1st. Two nights ago I found a bug on my sheets around 10PM. The lights were on and I had been active in my room. I found another bug in my bed today around 1PM and immediately began to freak out. I stripped my sheets and searched for more clues.

Here are some pictures I took today. I think it may be a spider beetle?

I also found what looks like old exoskeletons that have been shed.

I have no symptoms yet but I also spend half the night at my girlfriend's house. I am beginning to get very worried and think every little itch is a bite. I don't have any visible symptoms yet. Please help! Thank you so much!

Thank you so much! How can you be certain, if you don't mind me asking? What type of bug is this?

Don't know about the type but color, shape, antennae and legs are out of any possible match.

Bump for Lou Sorkin. They kinda look like small ticks, or some kind of mite.

I'm not an expert just a dumb struggling bed bugger like every body else.

Yes, shiny spider beetle. No, not mites/ticks.
I also found what looks like old exoskeletons that have been shed.
If I had to hazard a guess, I would say I don't know; they're not quite clear - a bit out of focus.
Anyway, nothing is bed bug related.
