Hi I’m just about to do a bit of cleaning my couch and was moving the bedbugs interceptors and saw a small dark bug. Is this a bed bug? No one has been sitting on the couch. Do interceptors catch other bugs?

It is not a bed bug and yes, interceptors can catch other bugs.

A little more magnification would have helped (closer more macro picture), but it looks like a book louse.
