    Hello,

Please can someone help. I found this cast skin which is grey in colour. The head is quite separate from its longish body. I would say it was about 2mm in length. Unfortunately the legs were mainly off when I found it. Not too sure if it's a booklouse or a bed bug. I haven't seen any other signs of anything such as fecal stains or blood spots. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It is not bed bug related, but that's as much as I can tell from those photos.

    I have to agree.

Just in case you both see this do you happen to know if me and my friend, who usually react to insect bites may not react to a bed bug bite? Or is it very likely that we would? Sorry it's probably not easy for you to answer.

There's no way J can answer that, best to ask an allergist or dermatologist.
