Hi, I had a heat treatment 9 days ago following a canine inspection that yielded a postive bed bug alert. However, although I had numerous bites neither I nor my PCO ever found visual signs. Now, 9 days following thermarid heat treatment I found a new bite yesterday and later found something crawling on me in the middle of the night. It is too small to photograph clearly. It is a very tiny reddish bug that was crawling on my leg. I saved the specimen. Is there anyone in NY or the nearby area I can show the specimen to for identifictation. I am extremely anxious to say the least!
Thanks in advance for your help!!!!

    Hi,

flat bed scanners can help get images when no camera is available.

The other best option is to speak nicely to loubugs and offer to buy him a coffee, he is NY based and usually obliges to polite requests. I will email him to let him know of this post.

Yes, I'd be able to look at it to tell you what it is. You can send me an image first if that helps. You can contact me as a private message on this board if you like.
