This doesn't itch and doesn't hurt. I've been getting two bite marks next to each other all over my body, but usually they either swell up to hard almost boil like bites, but this one one is the first time it's swollen and rash like to the touch. Are these bed bug bites?

It's not possible to ID bites. Check your bed for any signs. (blood spots or black spots on the sheet/mattress, cast skins, or bugs themselves) If you have a box spring be sure to flip it over and check the inside of it very well. Check seams and tags on the mattress very well. If you're getting a lot of bites from these buggers, there will be other signs. Everyone reacts differently to their bites which makes ID from a bite impossible. I will say though, 2 dots every time sounds like spiders to me.
