Would fecal wipe off a wall easily?

   Found a weird spot, part way up the wall in my kids rm.
   It was raised, 2 black dots, smeared with saliva, no reaction to hydrogen peroxide and then came off easily with a baby wipe.....
   Took pics but my laptop is on the fritz, no way to load.
   Thoughts?

   Would all depend on the substrate and the finish of the wall. Most all cases will provide evidence in "common harborage" areas before you find something on a wall.
