Got Bed Bugs? Bedbugger Forums » Uncategorized
WoodPanel & Drop Ceiling
(2 posts)-
I hope I'm not asking too many questions but I wondered if anyone has successfully gotten rid of BB's and had wood paneling and drop ceilings? I OF Course have both. I have a Exterminator coming out Monday morning and he seems pretty confidant that he can rid me of these bugs but to me they are all salesmen so I am not as confident.. im really at a point where I want to abandon my house and all my belongings and run naked into the world to avoid these bugs.So far I have ONLY seen them in my room although my belief is that they may have come from the couches I have originally but my living room is directly beneath my bedroom. I have seen the BB's on one wall so now I stare at that wall and catch them as they decide to come out I have wood paneling so where it separates or the corners have that edging they come out or are close by to it when I have caught them so I have a thing of tape with all the lil bodies stuck onto it..I have a collection and I don't throw them away I leave them out (kind of my own little victory and warning to their friends) so this man is coming out to spray and fog/bomb and according to him 'throw everything at them' he says you have to be aggressive in treating this insect to be able to rid myself of them. I don't think I can get the wood panel down without destroying it .. I'm so stressed I don't know if because of wood panel and drop ceiling if I am doomed? Also I plan to be here while he sprays should I be watching for him to do anything specific .. like I already know he should spray every corner high and low and every crack and crevice - my bed is in the protector should he remove it and spray it then put it back? also my daughters crib mattress? should I take my drawers out of the dresser? he said to leave the clothes where they are .. any tips would be great

I saw your post. There was a thread about paneling before. I didn't have to deal with it myself.
