Where can I buy bags that dissolve in the laundry?

I've been doing some research on ways workers where the house has an infestation can reduce the risk of contamination. I came across this document from cornell. Page 6 has info for workers going into BB contaminated environments. It mentions dissolving plastic bags that dissolve in the laundry, but I can't seem to find them online. Has anyone come across these or used them?
