So what works best? Neem oil, tea tree oil, lavender lotion (which didn't work for me) - what else does Mr. and Mrs. Bedbug hate? and do you dilute whatever your preference is?

I don't think any of the items you mentioned work. I know lavender and tea tree do not, because I tried them.
Neem, we are told by Neem enthusiasts, has repellent qualities -- not something you want to do with bed bugs once in your home. It won't make them pack up and leave the structure.
I understand the desperation, but I have heard you speak highly of your PCO Cesar, so I am confused as to why you are seeking out folk remedies which others have found do not work.

Hi appage21,
Welcome to the forums!
This thread is about a year and a half old. Please look at the dates next to previous posts before you respond.
Not only is the original poster probably not active now and not looking for feedback on the same issue, but when you make an old thread active again, it is "bumped up" in the list of current topics, and pushes a real current topic down in the rankings. That's not good for people who are currently posting to the site and seeking feedback.
Thanks for understanding.
Also, I notice you're new, you've never had bed bugs but your sister has. Why not start a new thread and tell us what we can do to help?
