I have read most of the posts about steamers and am looking for input from those who have purchased or PCO's who have particular knowledge about different models. I read the success story by Colette in which she states,

"I made the smartest purchase of my life, I bought a dry steam cleaner. $1,500 of killing steam."

But she does not mention the model with which she had the success.

I know the recommended section has the whitewing ($599) and the ladybug ($1049). But whats the differences between the two that justifies almost twice the cost. I am also looking for something that will make cleaning tile easy. I don't mind paying for quality or better performance. Any input is appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi bedbugsbad,

To my knowledge, no one has bought a ladybug.

Several have bought the White Wing and report being happy. Some have bought the Reliable T630 but I have not seen as many reports. More on steam and readers' experiences with it here:

I got my WhiteWing from AllergyBuyersClub.com and they have a comparison chart which may help you in picking out a steamer:

And here is their info on how to tell the difference between steamers in general:

I bought the Reliable T730, and I don't know if it was just this specific machine, but it spit cold or hot water with the steam all the time. The things I tried to steam were soaked. I actually returned it.
