Ok most you remember me, back in august we found out we had bed bugs passed from the neighbor's on the left of us the 2nd house on the left was also infested those people moved out. we got rid of them and told the neighbor's on the right of us, they had also moved, well they were evicted for not paying rent, the landlord treated that property. He wasn't happy about it. we treated our's. I still have not found anymore and don't have any signs of them. However a new mom with kids moved in on the right of us in sept, Well I noticed that one of the kids has a lot of marks on her face. I am 98% positive they have bed bug's, maybe the landlord didn't get all of them, as he did find some. Do i tell the landlord what I think they have or do I go right to the mom and ask her if she is aware of them being there before she moved in. I am not sure if the original house still has them as I have multiple defenses up so i don't know how much to tell the mother or even if i should say where they came from.I don't want to come off as accusing or make anyone feel bad. I am just stuck as who do I go to and how much to say.

touchy issue here! How well do you know the mother of these children? Chances are the LL did not inform her of the BB problem as he probably thought he got rid of it but of course I cannot be sure!

As a mother I would not move into a unit if I were told that it had been treated for bed bugs but not all mothers are alike! I myself would talk with her. She may be at her wits end over there trying to figure out where those bites are coming from like I myself was for a long time. Many people do not know a thing about bed bugs, I know I didnt!

Best of luck in whatever you decide to do!
