what are martin bugs?

I'm trying to see if maybe there is something else biting me besides bed bugs since i can't see any bugs... someone suggested maybe it could be martin bugs. anyone know what these are and the behavior of them? I've tried to google martin bug but only really found good pictures of them.
still tired of getting bitten by SOMETHING. bugs sucks in general

And pps--
Mice and rats can also have mites. It's my understanding that if the mouse/rat is eliminated or dies, the pest can come to you (much like bat bugs or bird bugs who've lost their hosts).
