UPDATE ON MY STORY
(3 posts)-
Well it been a long time since I been on here. To keep my story short I will just give a little summary of my story. About a year ago our family move into an apartment that had beg bug. Turn out that the second floor below us had it because they brought in old furniture from somewhere. The landlord called the PCO and treated our apartment and as well as the one below us. He did 3 treatment total. The first treatment we still receive bite, but after the 3rd treatment we were bite free. It been a year no bite no sign of the beg bug. We finally move out of that place thank god! Our new place is nice and clean no beg bug, no roaches. However, I see spiders creep the hell out of me.

However, I see spiders creep the hell out of me.Well I am biased but spiders are your allies against pests. They eat nothing but other insects.
However a cautiounary note is since they only feed on other insects a stable population has some food source.
If performing IPM, integrated pests managment, by cutting off all potential routes of pests entry you should not see spiders since they cannot get in through defenses that prevent other pests.
Unless a brown recluse, yellow sac, or black widow, the only indigenous USA spiders that have clinically significant venom, odds are they are harmless to you and are feeding off 6 legged intruders.
If you are not in the USA do some homework on your areas significantly venomous spiders.
Australia has some nasty ones in addition to the most dangerous one the Sydney Funnel Web spider.
