Just to add...the Boston seminar **is** open to the general public. I went to this same presentation given in March so I can vouch for that. Though the audience mostly includes housing staff such as property managers, residence coordinators, landlords. etc., it is also is open to "residents." I found the focus--on those who have to address the problem--very enlightening. The presenter knows his stuff and was very open to answering questions. If anyone has any questions, they can send me a pm.
