Traveling during the 55-60 day countdown. What to do?

A few weeks ago, I was exposed to bed bugs at a friends apartment (full story here: http://bedbugger.com/forum/topic/what-can-i-do-to-prevent-spreading-to-other-units). I haven't had any symptoms, haven't found any signs, etc so I started the 55-60 day countdown. However, I have long-standing plans out of town nearly every weekend until Christmas. If I'm only gone one night a week, will the hypothetical bugs stay put? I have climbups on the couch and a passive BB Alert is going on the bed as soon as it arrives. And I will be out of town the week before Christmas (roughly the 50-60 day mark). Should I have a friend (probably the same friend w/ the infestation, it's being treated) check on my place while I'm gone, maybe stay a few nights, to make sure I'm in the clear? I know this is mostly anxiety on my part, but if I do have them I want to catch them while it's a mild infestation and before they have a chance to spread to other units.
