We are deciding between thermal vs comprehensive chemical treatment. The thermal providers say thermal is best at preventing the bed bugs from traveling across the wall (120-year old brick with plaster on both sides) we share with our neighbor. The highly recommended chemical PCO says his treatment will prevent it better since some bugs that have recently eaten wont move towards the heat and may move away from it.

Only one room shares a wall but that room is infected.

What do you experts recommend? Thanks.
