Succes Stories to me means having them eradicated in your home, not running to a new place.

I dont think the ones where people moved away are very inspiring.

What's the ratio of people posting here who got proper treatment and won their homes back versus those who leave and hope the things dont follow?

I did not run to a new place. I had a landlord who refused to do anything then self treated and made matters worse for the entire building. I liked my old place. I still had to stay for the remainder of my lease. Just because I rent does not make my problem any less significant than anyone else's.

I had my things succesfully vikaned when I moved. It has been just over a year. Unpacking after the treatment I did find dead bed bugs. While you may not I consider this a success.

I think lots of people succeed in getting rid of bed bugs in their homes. Others -- for a variety of reasons -- end up moving. Moving away from your bed bugs is surprisingly hard to do, and those who choose this route are success stories too.
