I am going to go ahead and declare success 2+ months after my last treatment. I discovered the problem in October, had three treatments, and then moved into my new apartment. After a month of inspecting, sleeping poorly, and experiencing phantom itching, I slowly became accustomed to the idea that they could be gone. Now, although I’m still afraid to bring my alarm clock into my room, I feel reasonably normal and calm about going to sleep FINALLY.

This forum has been great to have, especially the invaluable contributions from the PCOs on here. It’s also been helpful to hear from those who are going through the same thing. The wealth of information on this site is amazing.

There’s a mayoral race coming up in Toronto and I know who’s getting my vote. The candidate that’s tough on bugs.
