I looked under my bed - and wowzer! I found out my box spring encasement is touching the ground. And not just a little - there's a sizeable contact area. The bottom of my frame is about 6" off the ground. I guess I'll have to find something to put the bed legs on. :(

(And before anybody asks, I bought a full size encasement for a full size bed)

Draw it up and tuck the excess between the mattress and the box spring.

I have the exact problem! At first, I thought that the pco had put on a queen encasement, but he informed me that it was a full size encasement. Icant offer any advice, but I can say that the looseness can cause rips and holes...I realized after my second treatment, I had tiny holes in my incasement..this more than likely came from the pco lifting and replacing the boxspring during inspection. I only found one, but the pco found many holes which he covered with tape. Im still not sure if he found all the holes, but Im hoping he did! I dont think it helped that I also have a metal bed rails...I would try the advice offered above, but Im scared that the tucking will cause more holes from the encasement scraping against the metal rails. If you have any luck, please let me know!
