steri-fab and skin absorption

   I vacuumed and steri-fab'ed by sandals. When I wear them, they feel more slippery than before. I was just wondering if I'm getting steri-fab absorbed into my skin. They are leather sandals, btw.

   Hi bitten,

   Personally, I would never apply a pesticide to something that will have direct contact with my skin, even a relatively low-residual like Sterifab.

   The MSDS does say "avoid contact with skin."

   An enzyme cleaner will probably be safer (safe on skin) and still work. Alternatively, some things can withstand a little heat in the dryer.
