Small bright red flat spots

Could someone tell me why I'm getting these small bright red almost flat but tiny spots as small as a pin or smaller then pin head (one with the plastic ball on one end), yesterday the corner of my eye brow itched and I looked an hour later and there I see this bright red spot on the corner of my eye brow. I have had one on my arm for a long time say over five months they appear as though they are under the skin there almost flat most of them some are very slightly raised it's very odd and they don't go away as I mentioned I have one on my arm for over five months once you got it it's like there forever.

It could be Cherry Angioma, I have a few of these, as far as I know they're harmless. Most people get them as they get older. You can google them as look at the pictures - see if it matches what you have.

Yeah, that is what I think it could be. Bastard I have two on my face now supposedly it's in my family they have it all on there cheeks, so they always look like they have rosy cheeks, arrrrgh. Damn Human body !
