What are the small, roundish, loose, black bits of material I've been finding on my pillowcase in clusters recently?

Are they related to bed bugs?

I seem to have gotten rid of the bed bugs by caulking the cracks and holes in my headboard. I'm no longer finding the bugs or the shed skins or the dark stains on my pillowcase that are so hard to wash out, since I caulked the headboard.

(The fumigation didn't seem to help; I saw just as many bugs on the headboard after the spraying as I did before the spraying)

But I'm now finding several of the black, fluffy bits on my pillowcase when I wake up in the mornings,

I searched for an answer to this with the site searcher, but couldn't find any results.

Probably dust kicked up from all the cleaning we do, as I noticed the same thing on my carpet.
