Should I treat my car?

   I purchased some replacement cushions for my couch at a large furniture store yesterday. They were not packaged but had been sitting on a shelf and were just a little "dusty" according to the sales person. I left them in our car for a few hours and when I went out to get them from my trunk noticed two tiny brown bugs (maybe 1-2mm) crawling all over them. They looked like bedbugs to me but maybe too small? Could this have been bedbugs in the middle of the day? I returned the cushions and can see no other evidence but just to be safe should I have my car treated? Is it even possible to treat a car? Thank you!
