Should I buy a new couch

So I just moved into my new condo. I may or may not have bed bugs. My co-worker had them and I took over her old office. I noticed bites but they weren't like the ones I have had in the past when I was attacked by bbs. I found a dead bug last week that may or may not have been a bed bug b/c I got some shady cryonite guy to confirm and did the treatment. I haven't seen any bugs, blood, or feces to my knowledge. my mattresses and pillows are encased. There's just the question of bbs...were they really here...are they really gone? I need a couch for my new place or should I wait for a few weeks just to be safe. Hate to miss out on Columbus Day sales but hate to have bb's infest my new furniture.
