I have been experiencing bites now for a couple of weeks. I live with my boyfriend, who I believe does not react, so the bites on my have not been constant. I dealt with bedbugs over a year ago in my old apartment building (have since moved) so I like to believe that I am a very good bedbug recognizer. The thing is, we don't seem to have any of the other signs--just bites, which have been in a triangle pattern. We alerted the building management who sent a company out the next day to inspect. I was not there for this, so I do not know how thorough they were, but the manager insisted that they are certified bed bug exterminators and "very good." I was positive that we had them--but the inspection came back negative. They did find a spider in the carpet, but that was it. I'm still itchy, but no new bites. I want to ask for a second opinion. Is this crazy? Am I overreacting?
