    This gives me hope that someone is trying to come up with a way to kill these evil things...

    Maybe one day soon we'll have a way to kill them...

    I know we're not supposed to hold out for a silver bullet solution to bed bugs, but I really do hope that they'll become simply annoying like roaches instead of the insane life-overturners they are. Articles like this spur me on to think such.

    This was discussed before and our resident pros seemed to agree it is a bad idea. The bugs panic and run away, possibly not through poison, and spread.

    But if the poison isn't harmful to humans, does it matter. If they go through the poison they'll get dehydrated and die far sooner than they would without it. Odds are they'd go to a new location anyway no matter what kind of treatment you use. At least this one shortens their life span by about 17 months for adults and 2 1/2 for nymphs.
