   I recently found myself getting welts on my body. I didn't really believe they were bed bugs, but just in case I hired a pest company. A few days before they arrived I threw away a mattress pad I hadn't been using for a long time in the garbage in the basement parkade. Sure enough, they found a bed bug in my condo apartment. Now I am terrified I may have spread eggs to the garbage bin in the building. I don't know what to do. I want to call them and let them know, but I am also afraid I could get sued!
