Renting Packtite in Montreal area ?
(6 posts)-
Good day all,
We are currently planning a family vacation that includes 3 different hotels and 2 cabins on a cruise ship this March.
I am a little freaked out (OK, alot...) about the possibility of bringing back some unwanted souvenirs from out trip...
Yes, I fully plan on inspecting the hotels and cruise ship cabins but we all know that's not fool-proof. I often get odd skin reactions when I get stressed and I'm certain I will break out in spots at some point which will not help with my BB paranoia after our vacation !!
Does anyone have a packtite in the general Montreal /Ottawa area (even Burlington Vt, or Plattsburgh, NY) that they are selling or would be willing to rent out for a few days after we get back from our vacation ?
Please email me for fastest response jkh29 *at* yahoo dot com
Many thanks

Some of the dog companies in the US rent packtites. You may want to look at their ads in Montreal, or call a few.
No idea otherwise

Contact me with your information and we can see what it would cost to ship. I rent the PackTite and the PackTite Closet.

How do you sterilize them between rentals? I've always been curious.
My understanding is that the packtite process should kill any bugs on the inside, but do you put the green packtite closet part in the dryer?
Thanks...I'm just curious..so don't worry about answering...

No problem, that is a really good question. I have a bed bug detection dog (Ladybug) and a powerful dry vapor steamer. I have great confidence in both, as the rental equipment lives in my house when its not being used. I have never had an bed bug (loose anyway...I have to keep them in vials to train Ms. Ladybug with)

Thanks. I was curious if anyone uses the dryer (I just vacuum). I forgot about one of the many benefits of having the dog (it will alert for you, too). I never thought about the dry steamer on the exterior.
Thanks for the info!
