Punishment for Landlords who won't treat bedbugs?

   Here's a very interesting case where a bad landlord was forced by a judge to LIVE in the building he rented but did not take care of. I think this should happen to any landlords who repeatedly refuse to treat their tenants' bedbug problems.

   If a landlord doesn't even believe the tenants HAVE a bedbug problem, or that bedbugs can be treated simply by the tenants keeping their apartments clean, then he should have no problem agreeing to being under house arrest and living in an apartment on his own property--and we know how quickly the bedbug problem would be addressed once the landlord lives in a unit with bedbugs!
