   I think NYC is not in touch with the bedbug epidemic. The dept of sanitation will not take a matress unless it is wrapped with plastic......but it will take couches, futons, furniture etc that is clearly infested with bugs. Nice way to spread this problem even more. This is soo aggravating I can not take it anymore.
