presumptive blood test

Hi,
Does anyone know if you preform this test on a piece of wood that has what you think are feces soaked into it (like felt tip marker) if the actual suspected fecal mark will turn pink?

I cannot see why not. Crime labs test all kinds of materials for the presence of blood.

Once blood is digested things change. Many things from CSI stuff to hunter tracking lights are looking for fresh or dried blood not digested.

Hi,
You can do CSI style blood presence tests but the chemicals for such tests are restricted access for obvious reasons.
In reality your best bet is a good in focus picture with something to scale the image and post it on here.
