Expert, please ID for me? Top and side view, macro. So far I have only bites, this is the first physical evidence I have seen. I'm trying to not get too freaked out but it is really scary nonetheless. The dogs are coming tomorrow, hopefully they will find the nest(s).

I crushed him a bit to immobilize him so the posture is bad, and the top view looks like an extra leg because the back one got folded, but he was still alive when I took these so he's good and fresh. The scale included is in millimeters.
Thank-you so much!
Reason for edit: moved the pix over to picvalley.net so that I don't have to leave them up on flickr. Please watch for word-wrap with the long URL

Hi,
100% not bedbug.
Most likely roach nymphs.

David! I've never been so happy to know that the roaches are back! I did not want to say earlier that I caught this fella in the kitchen because I wanted a blind ID, but am I ever glad that that it is a roach.
I can still harbour the fantasy that I got my bites from somewhere else. Still no physical evidence....
Thank-you again for sharing your expertise so generously!

Yes, definitely cockroach nymphs.

Nice shots. The antennae gave them away as "not bed bugs". BB have short antennae with four segments.

Yes, also head, legs and (if a rear view) cerci differentiate the bed bugs from the cockroaches.
