100% not bedbugs, it's a stored product beetle.

Looks like it could be a latridiid beetle species, usually beetles associated with a slight moisture condition, but not necessarily a stored product beetle. Sometimes lives near window frames if there is moisture or condensation problem there.
Ok, thank you so much to both of you. We had a light BB issue last year when someone stayed with us - in our guest bedroom. Luckily it was caught right away and we got treatment right away but I am still so paranoid almost a year later and still have never slept as good as i did before that whole situation happened.
We do have some condensation/moisture problems so this makes sense.
