Hi, please let me know if you think this is BB related. Looks like a book louse but I am unsure.

I agree; it looks like a book louse, not like a bedbug. It has a definite "neck".

Definately not a bedbug, imo, on account of the long body and neck.

No way is that a BB. Likely a type of psocid.
