photos of possible bed bug feces - please help

i have had 3 itchy bites over the past month which reminded me of the time i was bitten by bed bugs at the borgata in ac. my husband, son, and infant daughter are not reacting at all except my daughter sometimes gets a couple red dots on her face and arms after sleeping but then they disappear. i have begun to find what looks like fecal stains in her stroller and on her clothes and blankets. i also found some weird amber colored crusty stuff in her stroller. what could this be? some more questions:
1. do fecal stains come out if you treat them and wash in hot water?
2. do they ever just stay dark black if you put hydrogen peroxide and water on them? i tried to test my stains and they would not turn rust at all.

These marks shown don't look like fecal spots I've seen on line. If it doesn't dissolve to a rust like reddish brown color at all...I don't think it's blood either. From my experience it doesn't look bed bug related.
David Cain, an entomologist that contributes time here may chime in when he see's this post I think. If he misses it, maybe you can PM him.

thanks paula. they stay pretty dark in color and don't run really. not much comes off on the cotton swab when i put water and hydrogen peroxide to the stain (maybe a tad bit of grey). if it turns out my 3 yo is running around marking things with a sharpie, i will kiss him. he will be so confused. i guess i won't panic again until i get more bites.
