There are other posts about PCOs in the Philadelphia area, but I figured I'd list some that I found so that there's a somewhat more centralized place for people to look. Feel free to add to the list, make comments, etc.
Cooper Pest (maintainers of bedbugcentral.com) -- NJ based; full Philly service.
Action Pest -- NJ based; full Philly Service
A3 Superior -- New York based; K9 detection and thermal treatment only in Philly
Bed, Bugs and Beyond -- New York based; they don't offer service in Philly, but they do have a facility in Wayne, NJ where you can have all of your stuff treated. Good option if you're moving.
I also contacted Stern Environmental and Humphreys Pest Control, both based in NJ, but they don't cover Philly.

I also contacted Stern Environmental and Humphreys Pest Control, both based in NJ, but they don't cover Philly.Humphrey's most certainly does service Philly. At least now they have a branch there. It was recommended by my sister in law because they hired them for another problem. I submitted an inquiry to them online and they called me a couple times but never called them back since I already have a contract now with another co.
