We were lucky enough to finally buy our first home...after saving for years...only to find out we had some amenities we never dreamed of...yeah you guessed it...chalk FULL of bb's and no legal recourse :(

I bought two new sofas at a large well-known furniture store in the chicagoland area (PM me if you want the name). The sleeper sofa came with an extra and unpleasant surprise. . .

Wchicago did you determine how or why the sleeper sofa had bed bugs. Were they reconditioned?

I'll never know. I blame myself for bringing them home from using public transportation perhaps. But I was told they probably came from another apartment.
