    Hello bbs,

I asked my PCO what to do with my shoes. all of them but the pair i wear everyday are bagged and outside.

i asked if he would spray them, and he said he would treat the outside, but not the inside where they would be in contact with the body.

    is this wise?

i've said before, our problem is at this time still very small. we've had them no more than 10 days and i'm LUCKY to have caught it this early on. i sincerely doubt any bugs would have had the chance to move in to our shoes (though i know it is a possibility). do you feel treating them with the spray is sufficient?

btw, i have very little money and can't afford a packtite. i also have no home dryer to speak of and my laundromat does not allow shoes. anyway, most of them are leather.

my friend has a garment steamer. should i steam/hairdryer them?

should i bake them in the oven?

would you folks feel comfortable with PCO-sprayed shoes?

    please advise.

no chemicals, since it will be donned by a sweating head.
