I'm a PCO who the general manager and head of the bed bug department at my company. We are currently using Thermal Remediation almost exclusively (barring office buildings, schools and some other unique situations).

I have been reading these forums a lot in the past few months and have found the information very useful. I have actually changed a few of our protocol after looking into some ideas I first encountered here.

More importantly, reading these forums has allowed me to see things from the prospective of the customer much better. As someone who deals with bed bugs every day, it is easy to forget how earth shattering this can be for affected individuals.

Anyways, I just wanted to introduce myself and let everyone know how great I think these forums are!

(By the way, the username is because I have a bachelors degree in Psychology not because I'm a Psycho)

If you "willingly" go into bed bug infested places daily, I would question the psycho bit

    Yep, welcome!

Nice to hear these forums can help also for PCOs, i.ex. by getting a deeper understanding for the customers/the people affected by bedbugs! Haven´t really thought about it that way, but now when you say it...

Maybe it should be a good idea for some responsible healthorganisations to read a little here to learn what you my friend have learned

Anyhow, GREAT TO HAVE YOU HERE!
Guess that´s how a nice forum should work, all kinds of people helping each other in all kinds of different ways
