PCO don't arrive until Tuesday - what to do in the meantime!
(3 posts)-
After reading countless web pages with advice on what to do when you discover BB in your home, I'm confused as to what to do.
I'm 99% sure it's coming from the bed in my room. I've read you should sleep in your bed until the professionals arrive. Is this true? I have bought a new bed, 4 BB mattress protectors and a mattress and it's currently in the garage.
Should I remove the bed from my room asap? How can I do this without bb falling onto my carpet?
Council can't remove bed until 1st May. Will it be ok in the garden until then?
Is washing clothes at 60 degrees celsius sufficient to kill bb? I don't own a tumble dryer at home.
Should I be bagging all clothes to take to a laundrette and put in tumble dryer for 20 mins on high heat?
Do duct taped bin bags protect the contents? Should I be bagging everything?
Sorry about all the questions. I'm scared and in shock. :/ -
Our FAQ will guide you in what to do/not do.
http://bedbugger.com/faqs/Follow PCO instructions.
Do not remove your bed.
You survived til yesterday, you'll make it to Tuesday. -
I'm sensitive to the bed bug crawl, so my first instinct is to drink.
I would drink until the PCO arrives.
Of course this is in no way professional advice.
