    Hi everyone,
My PCO came on Friday and treated my apartment and it seems like they did a pretty thorough job. They're coming back in two weeks to treat again, but I wanted to ask: in the meantime, is there anything I should be doing/not doing? They were kind of vague when I asked them.

Also, I'm concerned because I had to go out of town for the weekend (two nights) right after they sprayed, and I couldn't re-isolate my bed until after I got back (I had to leave the apartment while they were finishing up). The PCO had encased my mattress and boxspring, and I vacuumed the covers once I got back but I am still getting bit, and I'm worried that they could still be hiding somewhere in my bed -- I wake up in the morning and find new bites. I've never seen any signs of the bugs, other than the bites themselves. How normal is this to keep getting bitten after a PCO has treated the place? What do you all think?

    Thanks for your thoughts!!

My opinion is that your experience is normal. You may be getting new bites and/or you may be experiencing delayed reactions to old bites and/or you may be sensitive to the chemicals.
Please see my images of my skin reactions in flicker pics in sidebar. Does your skin look like mine did?

I think if I were you I would not mop the floor or wash baseboards. The PCO may have sprayed something that has a residual effect and you want that to stay there. I also would not vacuum if it looks like the PCO dusted with DE, Drione or some other dust that needs to sit there while BBs walk across it.

Did the PCO find any bugs? I'll bet you start seeing dead ones.

Thanks for your thoughts guys! Lieutenantdant -- is there a link to your flicker pics? I can't seem tofind it.

And no -- the PCO didn't find any bugs at all or signs thereof, as far as I know. I haven't seen any dead ones yet but I'm certainly keeping my eyes open!!
