After weathering bed bugs a year ago, I found two sets of three bites on my stomach yesterday morning. We were doing some preventative packtiting, and the unit died!

I was wondering if anyone has had luck buying a replacement heater for their packtite? I just wrote to David at Packtite, but I was also googling around and found this:
    http://www.packtitestore.com/Replacement-heater-for-PackTite_p_10.html

Has anyone ordered from here? It isn't listed at the real packtite site as one of the retailers...so I was just wondering if this is the "correct" replacement heater or if there even is a replacement heater.

Also, has anyone had their unit stop working for some time and then come back to life after being unplugged. Our space heater does this; a couple of days of "rest" has it back to new...

We are so traumatized by the death of the packtite; it's like losing a trusty friend who saved your life!

p.s. Oh yeah, we DEFINITELY tried plugging it into the wall and into a different outlet - so it's not the timer and it's not the outlet.
