I have isolated my bed (newly sprayed bedroom, haven't seen a bug now for the three days since). I know I am using myself as bait, but would it hurt at all to spend the night elsewhere maybe once a week?

I dont think so at all - they say the bugs will stay put and wait till you get back! We left our rooms for 2 solid weeks at our PCO's request and they were still there when we went back! Good luck!

At the worst of this there were two times when prepping would have prevented me from bathing before going to work, a must for my sanity so I stayed at hotels for two nights, on two occasions. It was so wonderful to sleep and gain back some confidence to continue.
