Has anyone used Moving Right Along/BB Fumigator Specialists in NYC? I am looking to have furniture and other household items fumigated in NYC in a truck or chamber before moving into a new apartment. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I have not- but any responders...please post prices paid as well if possible. I'd like to know approximate cost of having this done.

Moving Right Along does not have the pest control license required to perform a gas fumigation... MRA is a moving company

Bed Bug Fumigation Specialists is a New York licensed fumigation provider that can provide on-site services in Manhattan or off-site services for moving trucks and PODs at a storage facility.

It's my understanding from speaking with BBFS that Moving Right Along will pick up your infested stuff--knowingly and therefore take precautions--and then bring it to BBFS for fumigation and then back to your place or your new place.

The PCO I spoke to at BBFS was very helpful. He was personally based in Tampa, FL--one of three city locations BBFS serves. I am looking to hear from someone in NYC that used either of these services.

We have a select network of service providers including Vikane fumigators, K-9 Scent Detection, Relocation (moving) specialist and traditional pest control providers. We help PCO's and clients coordinate and orchestrate Vikane fumigation throughout several different states. We have no bias or personal agenda aside from getting clients bed bug free.

thanks. I've read everything on this site about vikane and NYC companies that use it in conjunction with a truck/chamber and there is nothing recent so that is why i reposted.
