NYC, Metro Pest, do they spray shelves?

   Metro Pest is coming to exterminate BB (paid for by landlord). I seem to be getting mixed messages, or maybe I just got confused, so wondering if anyone knows if Metro Pest (1) sprays shelves or (2) just does visual inspection of shelves? I'm struggling to get everything done from shelves because i thought they were going to treat them with chemicals and now I'm not sure they do that.
   Do I really need to get everything down from shelves if they're only doing a visual inspection?Met
   Do they do more than just treat the bed? Cauking? vacuuming?

   The likelihood of someone who has hired the same firm being on the forums during the same week seems slim. You can read threads tagged "metro pest" by clicking the tag above, but you might also call the PCO (or ask the landlord to) to find out.

   Firms vary greatly in terms of what an inspection entails, and whether they treat the day they visit for the first time.

   Metro Pest did spray all my empty shelves, but they do not do any caulking or sealing.
